Weakness table
| Enemy | HP (game files) | What works |
|---|---|---|
| Skeleton | 65 | Any weapon, but they get back up at full HP after a while. Players report the Harpoon still hits when a skeleton seems invincible. |
| Skeleton Queen | 225 | Hammer does full damage; other weapons do half |
| Skeleton partner | — | Hammer full damage; other weapons half |
| Apparition | — | Only the Silver Dagger hurts it. Players say you may need to drink a potion to see it. |
| Spider | 100 | Normal weapons. There’s an arachnophobia mode in the options. |
| Giant Bat | 50 | Normal weapons |
| Slime | — | Players report normal attacks don’t work; some drain the water with the Grappling Hook and a crank to get around it. No confirmed way to kill it yet. |
Bosses have their own pages: Giant Moray Eel. The Giant Spider drops the Tomato Gem — see gems.
Stay fed
The developers have said that if the game feels too hard, you’re probably not eating enough — you’re much weaker on an empty stomach.
- Food spoils one item at a time, roughly every 20 minutes. A Food Basket keeps food fresh for at least an hour; herbs and some dry goods never spoil.
- Roasting too long burns food into Coal — handy as fuel.
